Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for all open positions The consulting services (“the Services”) for all individual consultants include conducting evaluation of sub–project (grant) proposals submitted on the call for proposals under LRCP’s Component 3. The experts as part of the Technical Committee will undertake the evaluation and provide a list with final ranking of proposals, which will be submitted to the PIU, and then to the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister in Charge for Economic Affairs (CDPMEA) and World Bank (WB). This process will determine which proposed sub-projects will receive funding through the Project’s sub-grant scheme. The LRCP now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide their Expression of Interest (Letter of Interest, CV and other relevant document/information in English language only) demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

Under this Call for Expressions of Interest an indicative amount of EUR 4.930.941 (MKD 303.228.216,00) is available for the sub-grant proposals. LRCP reserves the right not to award all available funds. LRCP will finance the following types of sub-grants: 1. Sub-grants for tourism related infrastructure investments to upgrade the tourism-related infrastructure at selected destinations and increase the attractiveness of the destinations; 2. Sub-grants for enhanced tourism service-delivery and local economic impact (linkages and innovation grants) available to the following groups of beneficiaries: - Sub-grants to non-profit tourism sector organizations and educational institutions; - Matching sub-grants for local micro and small sized enterprises.
On Friday, December 16th, 2016 the PIU LRCP organized its first info session for potential beneficiaries at Metropol Resort, Ohrid.
